PURPOSE: To clearly record the both picture data and vaious numeric and character data in succession and to offer them for the succeeding diagnosis by sending and receiving the ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic probe into an examinee body and displaying the ultrasonic diagnostic picture while processing the obtained receiving signal.
CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a picture recording device 10 recording the picture data as a recording system and a data display memory 7 storing the numeric and character data of the measurement data such as the set condition data for setting the system state and the measurement data to be measured in an ultrasonic diagnosis. A data recording device 11 records the numeric and character data such as the picture data, set condition data, and measurement data on the same recording medium separately.
