Title:
ULTRASONIC DIE DEVICE FOR DRAWING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3764227
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impress ultrasonic vibration to a die for drawing pipes.
SOLUTION: Two 1st ultrasonic vibrators 11, 12 between which terminals 9, 10 are provided at both ends of 1st metallic blocks 2, 3 in which a die 1 is fitted and two 2nd ultrasonic vibrators 13, 14 are arranged between the 2nd metallic blocks 15, 16 and they are composed so that their polarizing directions are inward as shown by the arrows (a), (b) in the 1st ultrasonic vibrators and outward as shown the arrows (c), (d) in the 2nd ultrasonic vibrators. When a pipe 6 is inserted from the arrow A and drawn out in the direction of the arrow B, at the time of impressing AC voltage having the resonance frequency, the 2nd ultrasonic vibrators are contracted when the 1st ultrasonic vibrators are expanded, so the vibration as shown by the arrows C, D is repeated in the die 1 and when the pipe 6 is reduced and drawn out with the die 1, friction is reduced and the pipe 6 is smoothly drawn out.
