Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic drying device capable of quickly drying without diffusing moisture adhering to a drying object to the circumference.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic drying device irradiates a drying object in a drying chamber (3) with ultrasonic waves by using a plurality of ultrasonic elements (4) loaded on an internal surface (3a) of the drying chamber, and at this time, controls a phase difference of ultrasonic waves between the plurality of ultrasonic elements so that ultrasonic waves generate mutually constructive interference on the drying object. Due to that acoustic radiation pressure in a position where constructive interference occurs is larger than in a position in the circumference, moisture on the drying object moves from the position where constructive interference occurs to the circumference. Therefore, the drying object can be quickly dried by moving moisture on the drying object by for instance, moving the position where constructive interference occurs on the drying object by moving the drying object. Only moisture on the drying object is moved so as not to diffuse moisture to the circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
