The ultrasonic dust collector 10 possesses an ultrasonic reflection box 12 provided with an ultrasonic emitting opening 18, a diaphragm 21 vibrating in the ultrasonic reflection box 12 and a vibrating element 25 connected to the diaphragm 21. Then, a direction connecting the opening edge of the ultrasonic emitting opening 18 and the center of the diaphragm 21 is almost equal to a main pole direction of the ultrasonic waves emitted from the diaphragm 21. Further, the ultrasonic dust collector 10 can efficiently collect the extremely fine and easily floating dust by installing a dust sucking means of which the sucking opening is opened in the vicinity of an ultrasonic opening emitting opening.
