Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a function for detecting temperature to an ultrasonic flow rate sensor without complicating the structure of this ultrasonic flow rate sensor.SOLUTION: A sensor unit of the ultrasonic flow rate sensor includes an acoustic coupling member (Cp). The sensor unit also includes a heat conductive member having a heat detection surface (70) for detecting the heat of a piping (P). The temperature of heat propagating through the heat conductive member is detected via the heat detection surface (70) by a temperature detection element (71). The heat conductive member restricts the crushed amount of the acoustic coupling member (Cp) in the radial direction of the piping (P) when the sensor unit is fixed to the piping (P).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 26
