Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave flow rate switch that is usable with simple setting operation.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave element 710 implements at least transmission out of the transmission of an ultrasonic wave to a fluid body flowing in piping and reception of the ultrasonic wave from the fluid body flowing in the piping, and an ultrasonic wave element 720 implements at least reception out of the transmission of the ultrasonic wave to the fluid body flowing in the piping and the reception of the ultrasonic wave from the fluid body flowing in the piping. On the basis of an output signal of at least one of the ultrasonic wave elements 710 and 720, a flow rate of the fluid body in the piping is calculated as a basic flow rate. Further, a flow rate adjustment value for adjusting the calculated basic flow rate is received, and on the basis of the calculated basic flow rate and the received flow rate adjustment value, a correction flow rate is calculated. On the basis of the calculated correction flow rate and a threshold of a predetermined flow rate, ON/OFF signals are output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
