Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten flow rate measurement accuracy of an ultrasonic flowmeter.SOLUTION: A flow rate control part 38 of this ultrasonic flowmeter 30 includes an ultrasonic sensor driving part 41, a transmission interval changing part 42, a flow rate measuring part 44, a secondary pressure monitoring part 46, a storage part 48, and a battery 49 as a power source. The secondary pressure monitoring part 46 reads at a prescribed time interval, data of a set pressure variation pattern of a control valve 20 stored in the storage part 48. The secondary pressure monitoring part 46 becomes able to output a pressure variation detection signal to the transmission interval changing part 42 based on the data of the set pressure variation pattern, performs pressure control operation by the control valve 20, and can change a transmission interval of an ultrasonic wave. The ultrasonic sensor driving part 41 changes so as to shorten a time interval of a driving signal output to an upstream side ultrasonic sensor 34 so as to agree with a transmission interval set beforehand in accordance with a variation timing of a set pressure based on a control signal from the transmission interval changing part 42.
