The ultrasonic hair treatment apparatus 1 includes a head 6 provided with a vibrator 5 for generating ultrasonic vibrations and a receiving part 7 facing the head 6, and performs treatment to the hair by clamping the hair by the head 6 and the receiving part 7 and giving the ultrasonic vibrations to the hair. The receiving part 7 includes a roller 11 which can be rotated in the same direction as the hair on a part being in contact with the hair, and the roller 11 is formed of an elastic body. The ultrasonic hair treatment apparatus 1 includes a guide member 12 for closing a space formed between the head 6 and the receiving part 7 on a cross-section orthogonal to the hair clamped by the head 6 and the receiving part 7.
