Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic inspection device, a nozzle attachment, and an ultrasonic inspection method by which stable inspection images can be obtained.
An ultrasonic inspection device includes: scanning means 1 and 2 capable of scanning in a horizontal direction; vertical height adjustment means 3 attached to the scanning means 1 and 2; a holder 5 attached to the height adjustment means 3; an ultrasonic probe 4 attached to the holder 5; a nozzle attachment 6 that flows out water from a nozzle to form a continuous water flow from the ultrasonic probe 4 to a workpiece 9; and gap adjustment means 6 attached to the height adjustment means 3 or the holder 5, and can move the nozzle attachment 6 in the vertical direction.
