PURPOSE: To enable to made crack finding for a wide variety stably, by increasing the capability of failure detection, through the emission of ultrasonic wave via liquid put in the hole of the bolt head and the arbitrary setting of the slope and position of the ultrasonic wave probe.
CONSTITUTION: Liquid 7 such as water or oil is put in the hole 6 of the bolt 1 with hole for inspected material, the ultrasonic wave probe 4 is inserted to the liquid 7 so that the tip can be immersed and the slope angle and the position of the ultrasonic wave probe 4 are arbitrarily set and the support 8 which can be turned toward circumferential direction of the bolt with hole 1 is fitted to the bolt with hole 1. Accordingly, the probe 4 can be directed by vertically to the screw thread in spiral slope desired or with slope and the tip of the probe 4 is immersed to the liquid 7, then ultrasonic waves can be directed to desired directions in the bolt with hole 1.
