Abstract:

To provide an ultrasonic measuring instrument capable of performing measurement with high precision regardless of the amount of bubbles contained in a fluid.

An ultrasonic measuring instrument includes: a penetration method computing part 21 for calculating a receiving signal S3 obtained by receiving an ultrasonic signal that penetrated a fluid to obtain a flow rate signal S11 showing the flow rate of the fluid; a reflection method computing part 22 for performing correlation operation of the receiving signal S3 obtained by receiving an ultrasonic signal reflected by bubbles and the like contained in the fluid to obtain a flow rate signal S21 showing the flow rate of the fluid; a correction factor storage part 25 for storing a first correction factor used for correcting the flow rate signal S11 and a second correction factor used for correcting the flow rate signal S21; and a correction part 26 for outputting either a flow rate signal S12 corrected using the first correction factor or a flow rate signal S22 corrected using the second correction factor stored in the correction factor storage part 25 according to the amount of bubbles contained in the fluid.
