To provide an ultrasonic permanent device for applying ultrasonic vibration to hair to deform applying hair by ultrasonic vibration, setting hair held by a flat vibration part of a vibration member and a flat pressing part of a pressing member straight, curling hair with a vibration part and a pressing part composed in arc form, preventing hair from being damaged since it is not heated, and enabling permanent liquid to penetrate hair by ultrasonic vibration to set hair straight or curled in a short time for a permanent when thin permanent liquid is used.

A pressing member 1 and a vibration member 2 composed as long and hard members are rotatably installed onto each other by a hinge 3 at one end, and a vibration part 4 is installed on a facing surface of the vibration member 2 to the pressing member 1. An ultrasonic vibrator 5 is installed inside the vibration member 2 to get in contact with the vibration part 4, the ultrasonic vibrator 5 is electrically connected to a high frequency generating device 7 by a lead wire 6, and a pressing part of the pressing member 2 with which a vibration plate 4 of the vibration member 2 gets in contact is formed flat.
