Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the positioning of a center position of an oscillator while preventing the deterioration of an acoustic characteristic of an ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe 2 includes: a foundation part 21 having a circular arcuate component attachment surface; and a lamination body part B to be attached to the component attachment surface of the foundation part 21. The lamination body part B includes: a backing layer 22 composed of a backing material that adheres onto the component attachment surface of the foundation part 21; an FPC 23 to which the backing layer 22 adheres and in which marks M1 at predetermined positions for positioning when attached to the foundation part 21 are given; piezoelectric layers 24 laminated on the FPC 23; and an acoustic matching layer 25 laminated on the piezoelectric layers 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
