Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily manufacturing an ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe comprises: a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 21; a wiring section 25; and a back load material 24. The wiring section includes a portion arranged on the first surface side of the ultrasonic vibrator, and at least a part of the wiring section is provided with a transmission and reception circuit and a conductor whose electric potential is prescribed reference potential. The back load material is arranged on the second surface side of the ultrasonic vibrator and formed with a conductive section in the third surface on the ultrasonic vibrator side and a part of the fourth surface on the side where the conductor arranged in the wiring section is positioned. The conductive section formed on the third surface and the second electrode are connected with each other, and the conductive section formed on the part of the fourth surface and the conductor are connected with each other. Each of the ultrasonic vibrators is divided by a groove from the surface on the first surface side of the wiring section to any portion between the first surface and the third surface of the back load material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
