Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correctly delay and transmit an echo signal by suppressing a waveform distortion caused by a mismatching reflection by matching input/ output impedance of a buffer circuit and characteristic impedance of a delay line, in an ultrasonic receiving circuit of an ultrasonic tomographic device.
CONSTITUTION: In an ultrasonic receiving circuit 4 provided with a phasing circuit 4b formed by connecting alternately a buffer circuit 4b1 and a delay line 4b2, an impedance matching circuit 4b3 is provided between each of the buffer circuit 4b1 and the delay line 4b2.
