Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of easily acquiring an optimum frequency deviation amount for measuring a blood flow with a simple constitution, a flow rate measurement method, and a pressure measurement method.SOLUTION: A biological examination apparatus comprises: an ultrasonic sensor 10 which includes a plurality of ultrasonic arrays 12 having a one-dimensional array structure in which a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators are arranged along a scan linear direction and capable of transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves, and a substrate on which the ultrasonic arrays 12 are arranged in the state where the ultrasonic arrays 12 have mutually-different scan linear directions; a signal delay circuit 25 which controls the transmission angle of the ultrasonic wave transmitted from each ultrasonic array 12; a reception measurement part 26 which calculates a frequency deviation amount for each ultrasonic array 12 on the basis of a reception signal output from each ultrasonic array 12; and a central processing circuit 29 which acquires the maximum frequency deviation amount among the frequency deviation amounts calculated by the reception measurement part 26.
