Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an ultrasonic sensor in which dispersion of an initial characteristic is reduced, which is neither easily affected by a temperature difference, nor deteriorated by an environment.
SOLUTION: A base and a cylindrical part of a case is integrally formed of piezoelectric ceramics. A crossed finger electrode and a spiral electrode are formed on the base. The piezoelectric ceramics between the electrodes are polarized, and set to be driving sources.
