Title:
ULTRASONIC WASHING APPARATUS FOR CYLINDRICAL FILTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3394508
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional ultrasonic washing apparatus with a sheetlike filter or a square thick filter cannot effectively wash cylindrical filter.
SOLUTION: A cylindrical filter 100 is held in a freely rotatable manner by a holding frame 12 and the locking member 20 projected from the holding frame 12 is provided to the periphery of the cylindrical filter 100 and the locking member 36 locked with the locking member 20 is provided to an apparatus main body 11 and a control unit for moving the holding frame 12 in a washing tank 13 to rotate the cylindrical filter 100, in such a state that the locking member 20 projected from the holding frame 12 is locked with the locking member 36, is provided to a moving device 14 for moving the cylindrical filter 100. By this constitution, the cylindrical filter 100 is rotated in the holding frame 12 and the whole surface of the cylindrical filter 100 is washed by a cavitation phenomenon generated by ultrasonic waves.
