To provide an ultrasonic washing device which demonstrates washing effect with less electric power, and which can wash dirty clothes or the like easily.
This ultrasonic washing machine is equipped with an electric amplifying part 31 to supply electric power to an ultrasonic oscillator 16 by amplifying the amplitude of a signal; a phase comparator 37 which calculates the phase difference between the phase of the electric current of a ultrasonic oscillator 16 and the phase of the voltage impressed on the ultrasonic oscillator, and then generates the voltage according to this phase difference; and a voltage control generator which controls the frequency so that the phase difference may be maintained within the specified phase scope. Because the electric power supplied to the ultrasonic oscillator 16 is set at 1 W or more and 10 W or less, and the difference between the resonance frequency and the antiresonant frequency is adjusted as 1 kHz or more, a stable and highly effective oscillation is attatnable even if a loading fluctuates.
