A pulse train generating means 3-1 outputs two pulse train signals with π/2 phase difference according to a control signal from a CPU 1. Two pulse train signals of π/2 phase difference coming from the pulse train generating means are applied to the piezoelectric element together with a shifting direction indication signal through an output driver 3-2.
