Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make replacemnet of the chamber bass easy and the height between the liquid level and the piezoelectric oscillator adjustable to a most suitable distance by constituting the chamber base with a piezoelectric osicllator supporting section and an ultrasonic wave emission section and making the chamber base freely attachable and removable from a fixed substrate.
CONSTITUTION: A chamber base 11 has its emission section 11a.
