Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonosurgery device to be set immediately for the condition for implementing ultrasonic operation by detecting whether an ultrasonosurgery instrument is in the normal condition for use or not.
SOLUTION: Plural hand-pieces 3A, 3B, etc., including ultrasonic resonators 16a, 16b, etc., respectively driven with different resonance frequencies are selectively connected to the main body 2 of this device. When a starting means 24 of the device is turned on, a control circuit 9 starts to operate and is oscillated by a standard oscillating circuit 7 with different frequencies. Then, a resonance point detection circuit 15 sends a result of detection corresponding to the existence of a resonance point based on the phase, etc., of the voltage and electricity of drive signals applied to the hand-pieces 3A, 3B. When a resonance point is detected, information on the frequency at the resonance point is saved in a saving means 21. And when the operation to output treatment output is actually executed, the standard oscillating circuit 7 is oscillated based on the saved information. If no resonance point is judged to exist, the judgement is informed to a user by means of a display circuit 22, etc., so that whether an ultrasonic treatment is possible or not can be recognized before the actual operation of outputting treatment outputs.
