Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic video system and an ultrasonic video device capable of visualizing a position of a puncture needle pierced into a subject at a timing similar to a real time with a simple structure, and capable of surely performing medical treatment by a puncture needle.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic video system comprises: a puncture needle 22; a vibration device; an ultrasonic probe 3 for acquiring a two-dimensional ultrasonic video; and an ultrasonic video device for outputting a speed image IP of shear wave by vibration of the puncture needle 22 as an ultrasonic video on the ultrasonic video plane I. In the ultrasonic video on the ultrasonic video plane I, the shear wave image IP of the vibrated puncture needle 22 is displayed at a region width indicating propagation velocity of the shear wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
