Abstract:
To enable inspection of an inspection object of a laminate structure with good efficiency and high accuracy.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic inspection method comprises the steps of: transmitting an ultrasonic signal from a probe to an inspection object in which a plurality of layers are laminated, receiving the ultrasonic signal reflected from the inspection object by the probe, and collecting data obtained by scanning the inspection object; extracting a detection result of the number of reflections for each of multi-reflected waves reflected between the layers and received based on a position of a boundary between the layers for the ultrasonic signal transmitted and received by the probe; drawing an image based on a result obtained by comparing different detection results of the number of reflections; and evaluating a defect of the two layers forming the boundary of the inspection object in the image .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
