Using an ultraviolet-curing type resin composition where a fluorine modified resin having the structure expressed by the following formula (wherein X is Cl, F; R is alkyl, alkylene, hydroxyl, carboxyl, (meth)acryloyl, epoxy or alkoxysilyl; m is an integer; and n is an integer), and multi-functional (meth)acrylate are mixed, a translucent fine particle and leveling agent are blended. Based on 100 pts.wt. of multi-functional (meth) acrylate, such as dipentaerythrytol hexa-acrylate in a solid form, 1-10 pts.wt. of a fluorine modified resin is added. A leveling agent is effective in preventing an orange peel on a surface of resin cured material and improving resistance against fingerprints. Out of fluorine, silicone, acrylic type leveling agents, 2 or more types are used in combination.
