An ultraviolet-curing type resin composition is used, the composition providing a film in which occurrence of curling is suppressed, and which contains hydrophilic monomer having a (meth)acryloyl group and a hydrophilic functional group (A); a multifunction (meth)acryloyl monomar and/or multifunction (meth)acryloyl oligomer (B); and a photopolymerization initiator (C).
