Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet irradiation device which can reduce risk of deformation by thermal effect of direct light and reflected light from an ultraviolet lamp on a light shielding plate when a shutter is retracted.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet irradiation device 1 includes an ultraviolet lamp 11, and a shutter device 30 which can open and close to block irradiation of an ultraviolet ray on an irradiated surface from the ultraviolet lamp 11. The shutter device 30 includes a plurality of light shielding plates 32. The plurality of light shielding plates 32 are overlapped and housed when the shutter device 30 is opened, and are developed in an opening/closing direction when the shutter device 30 is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
