While the leakage of UV of a harmful wavelength is prevented by the upper side UV shielding member 12 and the lower side UV shielding member 11, sterilization treatment and deodorization treatment are carried out to air passing through the inside of the UV lamp unit 8, and UV of beneficial wavelength is transmitted by a filter 13 and emitted to the surrounding of a main body.
