Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet light emitting lamp exciting a phosphor with electron beams to emit ultraviolet rays.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet light emitting lamp includes: a container 8 allowing ultraviolet rays to transmit through at least a part thereof: an electron emission source 6 disposed in the container 8; a phosphor layer 3 excited by electron beams of the electron emitting source 6 to emit ultraviolet rays; a conductive film 4 disposed on the surface of the electron emitting source 6 side of the phosphor layer 3; and an acceleration electrode 2. The conductive film 4 comprises graphene. The conductive film 4 is disposed to flow electrons charged when the phosphor layer 3 is irradiated with the electrons, thereby preventing the charge up of the phosphor layer 3.
