To provide a ultraviolet ray-curable resin composition capable of forming surface-protecting layers to which stains such as fingerprints are hardly adhered, from which the stains can easily be removed, even when the stains are adhered, and which have an excellent stain-preventing function and an excellent stain-wiping property.

This ultraviolet ray-curable resin composition is characterized by comprising a photocurable compound and a specific structure silicone compound having proper compatibility with the photocurable compound and having a structure reactive with the photocurable compound as a side chain structure. Thus, a cured coating film having a siloxane structure over the whole surface of the cured coating film in high existence probability and strongly solidified can be formed. Thereby, the ultraviolet ray-curable resin composition of the present invention can realize an excellent anti-staining property and an excellent stain-wiping property, and can also realize a stable anti-staining property, after the passage of a long period or when left in a high temperature high moisture environment.
