To provide a wiring formed with only a power line by converting a reply signal from an airframe to an airframe controller by a serial converter or the airframe, then converting the converted signal by a diffuse spectrum signal converter, encoding the obtained by the demodulator and the decoder of the flying member controller and returning the diffuse spectrum signal to a control part.

A signal from an airframe controller 10 is returned to an original signal by a demodulator 21 and a decoder 22 and the original signal is supplied to an airframe main body 23. A reply signal from an airframe 20 to the airframe controller 10 is converted by the serial converter 24 of the airframe 20, then, the converted signal is converted by a diffuse spectrum signal converter 25, and the converted signal is outputted to the demodulator 14 of the flying member controller 10 through a power line 40. Then, the converted signal is encoded by the demodulator 14 and the decoders 15 of the airframe controller 10, and the diffuse spectrum signal is returned to a control part 11. Thus, a wiring can be formed only with the power line 40.
