A plurality of circular cylindrical, triangular cylindrical net type umbrella installing parts 1 with umbrella fixtures of rubber bands, etc., are arranged on an installing main body 2. Additionally, a magnet 3 is installed on a lower part of the installing main body 2, and this magnet 3 is fixed on a roof part of a vehicle, etc. Thereafter, an umbrella is put in and inserted into the umbrella installing part installed and fixed on the roof part of the vehicle with a head end of the umbrella first by using the magnet 3 at the time of using it, and the umbrella is drawn out from the umbrella installing part 1 and it is used as a rain gear at the time of using the umbrella. Consequently, it is possible to facilitate taking-in and-out of the umbrella.
