A holding cylinder 2 equipped with a soft resin member 2e on an inner periphery, and suckers 3 are provided on a base body 1 of the umbrella holder. The suckers 3 are sucked to for example the automobile window to fix the umbrella holder. An inside rod of an umbrella is inserted in the holding cylinder 2 from a slit 2a opened on the holding cylinder, and stuck and surrounded by the soft resin member 2e to hold the umbrella.
