To store an umbrella of a normal size and quickly dry a wet umbrella by arranging an umbrella storage box inside a frame cover extended in the longitudinal direction on the side face of a vehicle main body, and providing a hook device fixing the shank section of the umbrella near an umbrella entrance bored on the frame cover.

When an umbrella is to be stored and fixed, the umbrella is inserted into an umbrella storage box from a design hole serving as an umbrella entrance. The hook section 22 of a hook 11 is hooked on a fingertip, the hook 17 is pulled out against the exciting force of a return spring 19, the hook section 22 is hooked on the shank section of the umbrella, then the finger is separated from the hook section 22, and the hook 17 is returned to the original position by the exciting force of the return spring 19 to fix the shank section of the umbrella. When the umbrella is wet, the umbrella storage box is inclined forward, and waterdrops drip out from a drain hole. When the umbrella is to be taken out, the hook 17 is pulled out and removed from the shank section of the umbrella, then the umbrella may be merely extracted from the design hole.
