Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for a large space for working by excellently filling the inside of an un-bonding sheath, into which a plurality of PC-steel stranded wires are inserted, with rustproof oil.
CONSTITUTION: A part of a plurality of PC-steel stranded wires 2 is inserted into an un-bonding sheath 1 made of a synthetic resin. The whole or a part of the free length section of the un-bonding sheath 1 is formed in a curved shape that the whole or a part of the free length section is wound in a spiral shape, and admitted into a warm water tank 4, into which warm water 6 is introduced, or a high-temperature tank filled with high-temperature air. One end of the un-bonding sheath 1 is placed at a high position, and heated and fluidized rustproof oil 9 is injected. The sheath 1 and the PC-steel stranded wires 2 are also warmed by warm water 6 and high-temperature air, and heated oil 9 is not solidified during operation. The inside of the sheath 1 is filled with oil 9, both end sections of the un-bonding sheath 1 are placed at upper sections and pulled up, and oil 9 is cooled and solidified. Fluidized oil 9 does not flow down. Spaces, in which the warm water tank 4 and the high-temperature tank are positioned, may be scaled down.
