PURPOSE: To obtain a piping structure which is inexpensive as a piping structure for a long size, is low in flow resistance and is good in self-standing property by forming flexible pipes for connecting pipings for feeding fire extinguishing water and sprinkler head mounting members as soft copper pipes and forming at least ≥1 points of bends in their intermediate parts.
CONSTITUTION: Plural pieces of water feed branches 6 are branched and connected to a feed water main pipe piped dividedly to the rear of the ceilings of respective stories from a high-pressure feed water main pipe. Branch joints 4 having five connection ports are connected via tees 5 to these branches 6. Un-winding pipes 1 (1a, 1b...) arriving at the sprinkler heads are connected to the connection ports of these branch joints 4. These unwinding pipes 1 consist of the soft copper pipes and are provided with pipe joints 2 (2a, 2b...) and 3 (3a, 3b...) of a flaring type at their both ends. The one joint 2 is connected and is then directed by the large bend so as to meet the mounting position of the sprinkler head 9 and thereafter, the other joint 3 is connected at the time of connecting these joints.
