Abstract:
To provide a tamper-proof cap capable of preventing opening by a non-target person.SOLUTION: A tamper-proof cap includes: an inner cap 10 removable from a mouth 5 with rotation around a cap shaft O to the mouth 5; an outer cap 11 combined with the inner cap 10 rotatably aound cap shaft O; an outside engaging part 48 formed in the outer cap 11; and an inside engaging part 45 formed at an opposed position to the outer cap 11 in the inner cap 10. The outer cap 11 is formed movably to the inner cap 10 in a direction of the cap shaft O between an engagement position in which the outside engaging part 48 and the inside engaging part 45 are engaged in a cap circumferential direction, and rotation of the outer cap 11 to the inner cap 10 is restricted, and a non-engagement position at which engagement of the outside engaging part 48 and the inside engaging part 45 is released and rotation of the outer cap 11 to the inner cap 10 is allowed, and includes an inner ratchet part 54 which energizes the outer cap 11 to the non-engagement position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
