Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor beam material that maintains a high strength while achieving low cost, and can secure a living space widely.SOLUTION: A steel sleeper (11) as an underfloor beam material is formed by bending a steel sheet into a roll shape so that an outer shape becomes rectangular substantially. The steel sleeper (11) has both ends (15a, 15b) of the bent steel sheet positioned at the long side (12a) of one side constituting a rectangular shape. When the board thickness of the steel sheet is t, a curvature radius (Rto R) of four corners (14a to 14d) constituting the rectangular shape is 1.0tor more and 2.4tor less, respectively.
