PURPOSE: To increase the quantity of storage, and to simply install an underfloor storage device by upright forming a longitudinal hollow stock cylindrical body into an underfloor ground and installing a storage case section into the cylindrical body in a freely vertically movable manner at multistage in the vertical direction.

CONSTITUTION: A stock cylindrical body 3, in which five comparatively short- sized cylindrical Hume pipes 5 having inside diameters of approximately 90 cm are connected in series integrally and which are formed in a longitudinal hollow shape having approximately 3-5 m, is inserted and mounted into a pit 8 excavated into an underfloor ground. A storage case section 4, which is made of a transparent synthetic resin and formed by stacking bottomed cylindrical unit storage cases 14 at six stages, is set up into the stock cylindrical body 3 in a freely lifting-lowering manner in a freely arbitrary-place stopping manner through a worm gear 20, a wheel 21, a rod 22 and a female screw section 17 by a motor 19. When the case section 4 is lifted, the cases 14 are removed successively from upper sections and the required case 14 reaches a floor face 10, the motor is stopped and articles are taken in and out.
