PURPOSE: To easily construct a floor part out of a small number of members by welding a flat steel material to the upper surface of each end of a long steel material, by putting a part protruded from the both ends of the steel material, on the upper part of a foundation, and by putting a floor panel among plural steel materials which are solidified on the foundation.
CONSTITUTION: A flat steel plate 2a is welded to each end 21, 22 of a long steel material 2 comprising H-steel, and the both ends are provided properly along the side surface in a foundation 1. A flat steel plate 3 is welded to the upper surface of each end 21, 22 of steel materials 2..., while a part protruded from each end 21, 22 of the steel materials 2... on the flat steel plate 3, is put on the upper surface of the foundation 1. The flat steel plate 3 is fixed to the foundation 1 with mounting bolt, and a floor panel is put on plural long steel materials 2, so as to form a floor part. The members necessary for an underfloor structure are the concrete foundation 1 and the long steel materials 2.... A simplified construction with a minimum necessary number of members, is thus achieved.
