Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground heat exchanger allowing easy maintenance after installation, securing the circulation of a heat medium, and capable of being installed in an inclined or horizontal hole.
SOLUTION: The underground heat exchanger includes an outer cylinder 5 inserted into a chute 2 dug in the ground 1, with the lower end portion 12 of the outer cylinder closed; an inner cylinder 6 having provided in a sidewall portion of the lower end thereof a circulation hole 13 allowing fluid to circulate therein, the inner cylinder being inserted into the outer cylinder 5 with clearance between them; grout 4 of good heat conductivity which is injected between the chute 2 and the outer cylinder 5 to secure the outer cylinder 5 to the ground 1; and a coupling mechanism 20 whereby the upper portion of the outer cylinder 5 pulled out onto the ground 1 is detachably coupled to the upper portion of the inner cylinder 6.
