Title:
UNDERGROUND HEAT STORAGE SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3845831
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable realization of an effective underground heat storage system utilizing an aquifer.
SOLUTION: An underground heat storage tank T is formed by surrounding the ground by an underground wall such as a continuous underground wall 3, and heat storing water is reserved in an aquifer 5 existing inside the tank. A plurality of wells 7 reaching the aquifer are provided in the underground heat storage tank, while sensors 22 for detecting the temperature distribution of the heat storing water are provided in various places of the aquifer. Based on the temperature distribution detected by the sensors, some wells are selected and the heat storing water is taken in therefrom, while other wells are selected and the heat storing water is injected therefrom into the aquifer. Each well is suitably equipped with a screen 8 as a water discharge-intake port and used for both water discharge and intake. In the case when a plurality of aquifers exist, the water discharge-intake ports are provided in a plurality, spaced vertically from each other, and are sectioned by packers 9. The system is so constituted that the heat storing water is returned to the aquifer after it is treated by water treating equipment 16.
