Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for forming an underground heat storage tank which can make heat exchange from a heat medium to a heat storage body highly efficient by reducing a use amount of the heat medium.SOLUTION: Highly efficient heat storage is achieved by directly dropping hot water in a heat storage structure 23 whose inside is water-repellently finished, the dropped hot water can be circulated in a heat collector as it is by making the heat storage structure absorb a heat amount instantly from the hot water, and the hot water is not needed to serve as the heat storage body.
