To secure a wider underground space in a limited site.
This underground outer wall forming method forms an underground outer wall W by placing concrete 6, by burying a metallic long size body 5 as a strength member in an excavating range, by excavating an underground outer wall forming position, while using a ground stabilizing liquid. The metallic long size body 5 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape. The underground outer wall is formed by placing the concrete 6 in the cylindrical inside part PV.
