Abstract:
To provide an underground pipe conduit inspection method that is safer and allows highly accurate and efficient maintenance and inspection of an underground pipe conduit using a camera.SOLUTION: An underground pipe conduit inspection method comprises the steps of: inserting a rope into an underground pipe conduit from an upstream side manhole of the underground pipe conduit and flowing the rope to a position of a downstream side manhole of the underground pipe conduit; picking up the rope from the underground pipe conduit via the downstream side manhole; pulling a power/signal cable attached to the rope from the upstream side manhole through the underground pipe conduit to the position of the downstream side manhole; removing the power/signal cable from the rope at the position of the downstream side manhole and connecting an end part of the power/signal cable on the downstream side manhole to an imaging device; and winding up the power/signal cable and moving the imaging device from the position of the downstream side manhole to a position of the upstream side manhole while photographing the inside of the underground pipe conduit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
