Abstract:
To provide a measurement device and measurement method that can accurately identify a position and a path of an underground pipe without the necessity of boring a large-diameter vertical shaft, can be applied to a relatively small-diameter underground pipe, and can determine a position of a vertical shaft whose upper end is buried underground.SOLUTION: A measurement device (4) of this invention is a measurement device (4) used for position measurement of an underground pipe (1), and comprises a tip member (4T) in which a slope (4S) is formed by cutting off a part of a cylindrical shape that accommodates a photographing device (4B) for an image inside a pipe line having a lighting (4L), and a measurement part (4M) having an intermediate member (4R) that accommodates a triaxial gyroscope position measurement device (4A). The tip member (4T) and the intermediate member (4R) are linked in series to a cable (3) connected by a waterproof connector (4C) at a joints (4D and 4E).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
