To provide an underground snow melting tank capable of largely restraining construction cost, a snow melting facility having the underground snow melting tank, and an operation method of this snow melting facility.
This underground snow melting tank is constructed by using an inside space of a buried hollow pipe body 1 as a snow melting chamber by being rotatably penetrated into the ground by adding torque to the hollow pipe body 1 for installing a rotary blade 2 composed of a spiral blade in a lower end part, or the underground snow melting tank 26 is constructed by using the inside space of the buried hollow pipe body 1 as the snow melting chamber by being rotatably pressed in the ground by adding the torque and downward force to the hollow pipe body 1 for installing the rotary blade in the lower end part. The snow melting facility has the underground snow melting tank 26.
