To provide an underground soil sampler with which, even when soil deeper than an underground water level is sampled, the soil is not leaked and sampling efficiency is improved and which can be smoothly pulled out onto the ground, and an underground soil sampling device.
In an underground soil sampler, an internal space is formed from a sampling port section 12 including an upper connection part 11 and a lower connection part 12a, and a tubular main body section 13. The underground soil sampler comprises: an intermediate core rod 132 which is disposed in the center of the internal space and of which the upper end is connected to an operation core rod holding part 131 and the lower end is connected to a connection rod supporting part 125; the operation core rod holding part 131 which is fixed in the upper end of the intermediate core rod and receives a force acting to a lower side of an operation core rod 30; a movable plate 134 which is loosely fitted to the intermediate core rod; and a nut 133 which is positioned at an upper side of the movable plate and threaded to the intermediate core rod. A side face opening/closing door 12b is configured to open/close a sampling port 12c in a downward opening structure, and a link is formed from the side face opening/closing door, the intermediate core rod and a connection rod. A lower side of the underground soil sampler is opened by moving the intermediate core rod downwards, and the lower side is closed by moving the intermediate core rod upwards.
