To provide an underground water heat exchange method and an underground water heat exchange device enabling efficient heat use and heat exchange by the use of underground water heat.
A movable separator 4 for vertically separating inside of a casing 1 is vertically movably arranged within the casing 1 inside a well, and a lower pipe 6 and an upper pipe 7 are inserted to inside of the casing 1. An upper screen 2 is formed in the upper casing 1 of the movable separator 4, and a lower screen 3 is formed in the lower casing 1 of the movable separator 4. When the water injection amount from an upper chamber 16 within the casing 1 is decreased, or periodically, a pumping function of the lower pipe 6 and an injection function of the upper pipe 7 are switched to each other, and water is pumped up from the upper chamber 16 within the upper casing 1 of the movable separator 4 via the upper pipe 7. Underground water after heat use is injected to a lower chamber 15 within the lower casing 1 of the movable separator 4 via the lower pipe 6 and is returned to the ground.
