Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underlay material feeder in which it is avoided to feed a low flexibility underlay material to all accumulated objects irrespective of the strength of an accumulated object and which is equipped together with a mechanism to feed a high flexibility underlay material and a mechanism to feed the low flexibility underlay material and feed an underlay material in accordance with the strength of the accumulated object.
SOLUTION: The underlay material feeder selectively operates a first underlay material feeding means 30 for sending the flat accumulated object J of a from an accumulating apparatus B toward an underlay feeding mouth 20, taking out a first underlay material 91 having a low flexibility from a first storage part 31 storing it and feeding it to the lower face of the accumulated object from a underlay material feeding mouth and a second underlay material feeding means 40 for taking out a second underlay material 92 having a high flexibility from a second storage part 41 storing it and feeding it to the lower face of the accumulated object from the underlay material feeding mouth by means of an operation controlling means based on an underlay material sending out signal including data on the thickness of the accumulated object.
